The female patient E., 54 y.o. The patient complained of pain in the right lumbar region, periodically transforming into right flankcolic. The large 26 mm stone of right renal pelvis and 8mm stone of lower calyx of left kidney are diagnosed.
Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy of stone of right kidney pelvis is performed. Stone is completely defragmented. Period of stone fragments expulsion was 20 days. A month later, control multislice computed tomography is performed, images of which are shown below.
