Case Report №1 - ESWL

Patient F. 28 years old. Complaints: dull pain in the left lumbar region harassing for a long time. Result of the examination: 28 mm stone in the pelvic of left kidney. After a detailed conversation with the patient, it was decided to perform Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL).

Patient appealed for control check after 2 weeks. According to the patient's words it was noted copious discharge of stone fragments, pain is not observed (perhaps referring to a good stone defragmentation). Due to patient's painstaking it was able to get the "harvest".
During control ultrasound of kidney and urinary tract and fluoroscopy signs of the fragments remained are not detected.
